I love this spa, it’s a low frills type atmosphere but the services are incredible and I can hop between the soaking pools and saunas all day. The scrubs can be intense and if you’re older or have delicate skin, just be sure to let them know if the scrub is a bit too much but if you can handle it, you will feel like a sweet infant little baby when you leave. Just putting your shirt on you can feel how smooth your back is and then getting into bed makes you feel like a pile of melted butter. Love love love

No stars if possible. *AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE CAUSE.* Woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, not just to myself & my mother but also to the Korean staff members. Not an ounce of respect, just drunk off a power trip. At one point she started swearing at me in Russian. Visited previously under Korean management, now the Russian/Ukrainian owners have increased prices, added a mens swimming trunk area for when they want to enforce a new rule to make men buy swimming trunks to enter the spa. Admission includes the cotton spa clothes so why are they forcing customers to buy the swim trunks? My partner was forced to buy $15 swim trunks to enter the spa.

I was really disappointed in this spa. When it was under Korean management it was very nice customer service, in dry sauna it was some nails sticking out, my friend almost scratched herself, floor was very dirty. People really loud there. Not enough room to get rest. Some of the loungers are not working.

Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE! Starts fights with customers. He shut off the heat on the Sauna at 9:30 on a Friday, told us their shutting early and kicked us out. Waste of money. Follows you around in the spa the entire time. Very unprofessional. Always telling people to shut up. I came here to relax and catch up with friends…this place ruined my Friday.

I went in the middle of the afternoon. It was not crowded. What a deal! $25.00 for 6 hrs of bliss. The place is segregated, Women’s side, Men’s side..they offer massage services and body scrubs. You are offered a key to two lockers, one for valuables and shoes out front, one for clothes in the change room. Towels, and scrubs, tooth brush and for those who need it, shaving blade! Three jacuzzi tubs, Hot, Med and Cold.. pleanty of showers. Dry and Steam sauna rooms. The best treat are the Salt Room, Mud room, Crystal room and the Ice room.. They offer package deals. First time there. We went with another couple. My wife bought me a package of body scrub and massage. Both were good but beware it is a full on nude place although I saw a couple of guys wearing shorts. They have 3 Jacuzzis with different temperatures as well as a steam room and sauna. On another floor is are several rooms that are mixed men and women, clothes required. They have a salt, clay, gem, and cold room. All in all relaxing and enjoyable.

This is my first time coming to a spa. I am writing a literal review in the parking lot, no like seriously, I just left from my current session with Joy. She has made me feel so relaxed, she even got me to laugh during our session and it felt like a very beautiful and wholesome moment to have for my first time ever. I want to sincerely thank the staff from the bottom of my heart, and from the most relaxed state of mind I have ever been in. I truly hope this review brings in even more people to this location, because honestly I have never experienced anything like this. ❤️
