Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI can’t figure out how to put a photo up of how bad my hair looked. I had a very bad experience with house of colour and I will not return. I will edit this when I get the ladies name that messed up my hair. So people don’t have the experience I had. So I went in for blonding I already had a faded blonde boiliage so it was not to far of a jump to go blonder at all. the lady kinda just did whatever she wanted and all she did was add very minimum highlights. This cost me 160 dollars. The highlights were bleeding through my light brown hair that she did not touch which caused an orange spots all over my roots in weird places to the point I could not wear my hair half up or even braided. Only down. If it was in a pony tail you seen all of her mistakes. I did not notice this until I got home and looked through it. I left there kinda pleased because the top layer looked fine. I went to work directly after and I noticed in the sun it even had a yellow tent . The whole top of my head. Mind you, in there lighting it looked more blonde. Not outside or at home when I started looking through it. She also Iused hair products that caused my hair to look so oily when I left there. I called her and she said I would have to pay full price for her to fix the yellow and Andthe orange bleeding spots everywhere. And also for a color correction. She even went as far as to blaim it on the dry shampoo she told me to use and then she blamed it on the water at my house. This is her mistake. But apparently since I did not notice all the mistakes right in front of her I didn’t get to have it fixed for free. So I did not let her fix my hair because at this point she just should not be doing hair at all and I already lost 160 bucks. She texted me and said she will give me 30 dollars off my next visit. No thanks. She also said “I am only human I do make mistakes” . Okay fine but fix them without charging me another 100. Also she fried my hair it is dry frail and doesn’t look at all what it did when I went in there. I wouldn’t waist your money. She can really cause damage and not care in the slightest. I ma so dissapointed as I sat there that day googling every business for hair and I chose them. Huge mistake. I will never recommend this place to anybody. I learned my lesson.
