Very unimpressed. They switched workers for me 3 times. They took almost an hour to shape my nails properly, even after the hour they all came out uneven. I asked for a design and they didn’t listen and just went with a solid color. They used a nail polish that wasn’t good and I could probably find at Walmart. I will not be returning again. Please do better.

Never again. The lady rushed, made my nails too thick and misshapen, and the gel is peeling after only 3 days. AND, She said my nails were too small for the design I requested, AFTER she said she could do it, then laughed about it. Overpriced, and now I have to pay to have them fixed elsewhere. I have been several times here, taken my girlfriend and my kids. They are great, always getting us right in and remembering us over time. My kids love the pedicures and kid sized massage chairs. They have a well kept relaxing location and the staff is very professional.

Very friendly staff. They get busy quickly, so you might call ahead for an appointment if you can. If not, it’s worth any kind of wait, but they do try to get you in a chair as quickly as possible. Go for the deluxe pedicure, and wear shorts! The exfoliating scrub of your lower legs is great!

very friendly staff and they mean well.. but good lord they do a terrible job. My nails looked TERRIBLE and there is absolutely no way that my technician did not know, he just didn’t care to fix them or do anything about it and still charged me $60 when at organics or bliss they charge $40 and do an amazing job. I do not suggest going to Palace.
