I have been going to Palace nails for probably a year now. I don’t even live near McKinney but will gladly drive here to get my nails done. All of the artists here do a great job. They can do nails and pedicures at the same time. They also can do nail Art and also always fit me in when I need, and they offer drinks if you are thirsty

Went with 3 girlfriends on a weekday morning. All employees were so sweet and kind. The pedicures were top notch and we enjoyed our time. Seemed very clean and sanitary. They offered us drinks and snacks. I will definitely go back and ask for Queenie again.

I am so disappointed that I don’t live closer or I would definitely be making this place my new home. I had to wait a few minutes before being greeted when I arrived & while I was there they played the same few songs over & over which was sort of annoying but overall I had a great experience. The nail techs were friendly & did a great job on my nails & my toes for me & my partner.

Had my dip nails removed and got the gel manicure on my natural nails. She did my nails in under an hour so I was happy with that but the polish clearly didn’t last a week! I thought gel polish lasts weeks and doesn’t chip??? Well mine cracked and peeled on 2 fingers. I ended up taking it completely off those two nails. Mind you, I only had this mani 6 days!!!

This place has really gone down hill. I’ve been going here for about 3 years. Came back today for a pedicure. Was NOT shapely with what I got for what I paid. I get the same type of pedicure every time I’m there. My cuticles weren’t even touched. Nor were my nails filed to be even. She filed one nail AFTER polish was put on. I won’t be going back. For $70 I expect to get what I pay for.

1st time here. Very nice place. Went with 2 of my daughters for pedicures. Loved that you filled out a form of the service(s) you want (see pic). The form ensures there is no misunderstandings on what you are requesting & how much it costs. No cuts on any of our cuticles. While all 3 of us had great experiences, I was only able to get 2 of the tech’s names… Anthony & KK. I will definitely return!
