Just took my daughter here to get her nails painted.. she wanted a soccer ball on her thumbs. This is the design we left with. It is awful. This was supposed to be a simple design and paint, and it took well over an HOUR!! We sat there getting her nails painted while another lady sat through a pedicure and a fake nails and left before we did! Time wasted, $20 spent on a terrible design. Should not have been charged for a design at all.

I went with my sister (for her birthday) to get our nails done here last weekend. She likes to get the dip manicures, but I really like to keep it simple and am trying to maintain healthy, natural nails that I fought for (history of peeling and other problems). I called ahead of time wanting a regular manicure. They sat me far from my sister and I was trying to figure out what was going on when a guy started using a drill on my nails. I kept asking what he was doing and trying to clarify that I didn’t want a drill used. I felt like I was fighting and not being heard. He finally stopped and by this point my nails were all scuffed up. A different worker finally recognized that he wasn’t understanding what I wanted and took over for basic manicure (basically trim, cuticle care, and paint was all I wanted). The paint chipped later that evening (and I avoided dishes and all the usual stuff) and there are clear horizontal grooves in my nails now. As more paint has chipped off there are clear grooves in all of my nails. They look and feel awful.

Went to this salon with my sister and my niece, I wanted a pedicure and they did a good job for that, besides kicking me out of the massage chair while waiting for my niece. I feel like that was very rude, she could at least be more nice about it instead of doing it with a attitude. Things changed shortly after seeing my nieces nails… they made them SO BULKY and THICK. The Owner claimed it’s because her natural nails but clearly no one’s natural nail bed is super thick, the owner let her husband do my nieces nails knowing he isn’t experienced enough to work. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I love this nail shop!!!! Helen does so good on my nails! Her work speaks for itself. They always do good on my pedicures as well. My nails and toes usually last a month with no problems. Definitely would recommend. Dip powder, Nail art, Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails

I have come in the last few months and I’ve found my new place! Helen has done my nails every time. She and the rest of the staff are very sweet. I’m very picky about where I go and they have been great dealing with all the designs I wanted with my dip sets. They are a great price too. Totally recommend!
