UPDATE: turns out my pedicure only lasted about two weeks before chipping (normally when I get it done in other places it lasts me 4+ weeks).

I paid over $100 for a gel polish manicure and pedicure and a week after(!!) the manicure chipped on every single nail on my left hand.Looking at the surface and comparing to my right hand, it looks like they forgot to put the glossy layer on my left hand nails, I never had such a purely done manicure.

I had an amazing experience with ELSA! Let me preface this by saying, I like intricate nail art, Specifically portrait and cartoon art. I’m Also very particular about m nails as I’ve grown my natural nails out long and want to keep them healthy. After much research and email correspondence about the design i wanted, price confirmation, and other inquiry’s I decided to book the Prime service, (custom art on all 10 nails) with ELSA. When I first entered the space I was immediately greeted and asked if i’d like water coffee or tea, I was led to my seat and introduced to m technician for the day (ELSA). When sitting you notice they have charging ports for your phone and also put a lid on your during so there are no nail partials that get into your drink as you are getting your service done, its the little things that really make the experience. Palace Nail is a lovely addition to Rye !! All the girls are so kind and accommodating…. Elsa does the best eyelash extensions and Faviola has the longest living manicure ever… please don’t forget to ask about all the Organic and Non Toxic polishes they have … they also do massages and facials… and much more spa services

I had great massage service at this spa. Guy Kevin who did massage for me had professional skilled. Salon was clean and bright. I had visited couple times but there was dark and equipments pretty old. After changed ownership everything is going well. I strongly recommend this spa.
