I love Pala Nail! Every technician I’ve had does a fantastic job and it’s so convenient (right off 41). The spa is clean, the new owner is super friendly, and they offer water and tea while you get your services done. I always leave thrilled with my nails, and hope to try their new “Dazzle Coat” soon- $5 additional to any regular nail polish and it lasts almost as long as no-chip (without the damage)? Amazing!

I have been coming to Pala Nails for years because of the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They are always willing to accommodate me and my daughters on short notice as well. Although I have never had the same person do my nail they have all been very pleasant and done a great job. I will not go to any other nail salon because my experience at Pala Nails is so amazing! I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Critical: ProfessionalismCame Friday for mani and pedi. After pedi got done I was told they couldn’t do my nails because they didn’t have time. Proceed to call Saturday to make an appointment for mani, the front desk guy somehow got the phones mixed and told me 2:30pm. I showed up at 2:30pm for my appointment. Upon arrival I was told there was no appointment that it was “miscommunication.” He did not apologize for the misunderstanding or anything he just sat there confused. Never again. This was my 3rd attempt at this salon. The first time, I did a basic manicure and had to get a silk wrap because my nail was broken. They charged me $50 dollars just for a manicure and the silk wrap was bumpy and popped off the NEXT day. When I went back to have it fixed they had a 30 min wait with no one being serviced. Today I had a 12:30 appointment that I made first thing this morning and the girl made it for 12:45 instead and they charged me $25 for just a cut down and polish change.
