I have been a customer for ten years. My mom and my friends are also customers of this salon. II send everyone I know there who is inquiring about a new stylist/salon. It is by far the best experience you can imagine when you step foot into any of their salons. This place is SO successful that they have multiple locations to accommodate different clients- Lawrence location is my favorite. The new location off of McGee & 17th is so nice and beautiful. The professionalism, kindness and flexibility this business has shown over the years deserve 5+ stars. I highly recommend this salon for ALL of your hair needs!!!! Any stylist is great, give P & S a try if you are looking for a change of stylist or if you are just ready to change your hair!!! Love love Love this place!

I went in knowing I wanted bangs but not sure exactly what I wanted. Mike was very patient and thorough asking questions and we started with longer curtain bangs and gradually trimmed shorter until they were what I wanted. He was fantastic and will definitely be going back. Haircut

I called 2 days ago and made it very clear I had curly hair and wanted a curly haircut and a stylist who did curls specifically. Was told nothing about needing to come in with clean dry hair and went in expecting them to wash and dry my hair. Got told as I was sitting they wouldn’t be able to do a curly cut, as specifically requested and told the rules then, was also then told the hair dresser assigned to me was not the curly hair specialist, as requested. Was offered a basic cut, that was not what I wanted. Walked out. I’ll find a salon with better service.

I can’t believe I haven’t shared how much I love this place! I’ve had my hair done by Mel and Jen and had fantastic experiences. You definitely get what you pay for here. If you want a cheap hair cut without all the training and expertise they have at P&S, don’t come here. They have great products available but they aren’t pushy with them. I won’t go anywhere else unless I move!

I have had Emma cut my hair 2x and my bangs trimmed 3x, and let me tell you, she is an artist with those scissors. My hair is fine, easily tangled and can be difficult to manage, plus, I always explain what I want my hair to look like in the vaguest terms, but Emma nails it. Very talented, very professional, would absolutely recommend. High praise from here! Great location and atmosphere.

OBSESSED. I’ve never colored my hair before so I was a little unfamiliar with the process and which color application was best for me. (I got balayage) It turned out PERFECT. Melanie was amazing, she cut/styled my hair according to the texture of my hair and how I normally wear it and it was literally the best haircut I’ve ever received on top of the wonderful color treatment..SO happy with the results. All of that (cut, style, color, curling) was under 2 and a half hours.
