My name is Melissa and I’ve been a licensed nail tech since 1994…wow, that’s a long time but I actually still enjoy what I do. My focus is on consistency and quality of service. Most of my clients have been with me for years and have regular standing appts but I do have a few spots open for new clients, not many though! The Painted Tulip is a legal home based studio/salon separated but attached to my home, inspected by the State Board of Cosmetology just like any other salon. I added an acrylic shield at the nail station during Covid and I’m keeping it up. Also, I have a dust extraction machine so no ‘breathing’ dust during your appt!
