Booked an appointment online with Judy who I was told was good but when I got there she was doing someone else’s nails and she had another young lady do my nails. It felt rushed and not as thorough as I expected. Definitely not sanitary, dirty towel, nothing wiped down, nail supplies were not sanitized. Highly disappointed, could have done it myself at home and saved the money.

Critical: ValueMy daughter & I got manicures 10/15/2021. We were in & out in 25 minutes. My manicure was ok. My daughter’s was not. The little massage you usually get with a mani was just a slap of cream on her arms. The polish was on her skin surrounding her nails. Her polish wore off on the top of her nails by the next morning and this was her wedding weekend. Fortunately her bridesmaid fixed her nails. The little massage you usually get with a mani was just a slap of cream on her arms. The polish was on her skin surrounding her nails. She invited me back within the hour and redid my whole set of nails and I have never been happier. They’re perfect and I’m so so grateful she took the time and energy to help me be happy after I made the mistake. Judy is the absolute best, I went in for a birthday set and she was so sweet and when I got home I looked at them closer and realized that I didn’t like the colors that I chose, (it was all on me not her fault AT ALL), I called her and without hesitation she said come back I want you to be happy with them. My pedicure experience here was great. However, I took my daughter in for a haircut, and we had a terrible experience. We walked away with a $45 lopsided bowl cut. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever seen on anyone. We are so upset.
