Regrowth. Gold highlights.. no bueno. Let’s just say my hair was screaming “help”. I left with REAL COLOR and highlight services. BEST I’ve seen since moving to SA. Patient.and relaxed. Let me start by saying I am NOT usually one to write bad reviews. However, I just can’t help myself in this case. I have never felt as rushed and unwelcome as I did at this establishment. The stylist had another client in the room who was getting her hair colored, and I felt like I was intruding in a sense. I tried to make small talk but my stylist was not interested. My hair was quickly washed, and I’m not even sure if it was conditioned because it felt like HAY when it was dried. I cannot believe I paid $55 for a “cut and style” but all the stylist did was blow dry my hair and then I was done. I walked out of the salon with extremely frizzy, dry hair and I felt absolutely awful about my appearance. I was maybe in there for 30 minutes. I honestly feel like I was robbed of my money and time. I could have gotten better service and friendliness at Great Clips.
