Visiting from Tampa and one of my nails had chipped I called and spoke with Destyn and they confirmed that they had my color. Told me to come in over and they’d fit me in to touch up. Be warned – the salon has a $5 hidden fee that is not shown. I scheduled my appointment through the website and preexisted my credit card. This creates an email receipt with “amount due at service $42”. Imagine my surprise then when it’s $47 at time of checkout. This on top of my appointment starting 15 minutes late…the nail artists themselves are great but hidden fees and delays are not.

Don’t usually write review but have had a really bad experience with this place. They’ve made me wait 30+ mins after my scheduled appointment time for 4 appointments in a row. Also Booked a spray tan a month ago and walk in day of the appointment for them to tell me they Don’t have a spray tan technician- would’ve appreciated a heads up to be able to book someplace else. Will not be coming back

I have been going here for 2 yrs. Today was the first time I am not happy with the results. My pedicure is good, it’s my manicure that I have issues with. The nails on 3 fingers were not filed perfectly so I had to fix that and on 2 nails there are tiny bubbles. It is a gel manicure and I have never had these issues before. The tech (JZ) seemed distracted while doing my nails. I will think twice before I go back.

Critical: QualityThis was a very unpleasant experience! We had manicures and pedicures scheduled for 3 months for my daughters wedding. When we got there they were not expecting us and 2 of us (out of 4) including the bride couldn’t get our manicures. We had to go to another spa to get our manicures. The pedicure I got from June was horrible! She had to redo the polish and it didn’t look any better. The nail techs were arguing with each other and did not seem to care about their customers. I will say, the lady at the front desk (Ronnie?) was very nice, apologetic and comped our 2 out of 4 pedicures.
