Update 09/14: Upon speaking with the manager, I was given a full refund of my bill and they indicated that they would look into more training for the technician. They also were kind enough to still offer a complementary manicure if I were to ever decide to come back and try their establishment again.

I love this new nail bar. It’s light, airy and modern with friendly and accommodating staff. I heard that Paint products use less chemicals than traditional products which both attracted me but also had me worried because I want to not have to think about my nails again until I’m due back there. Glad to say it’s been about three weeks and not a chip in sight! A lot of healthier alternatives end up being not as enduring as what they’re trying to replace but I’m convinced that their formula works. I’ll be getting healthier nails from now on.

Great, relaxing experience. Receptionist is extremely friendly and welcoming, as were others standing by. My nail technician did a fabulous job and was very sweet. It was a very relaxing pedicure with great treatments included. Mike is a true professional and very kind, making sure guests have a pleasurable experience. Cute boutique items for sale as well. Will be back!

Very attentive customer care and service both when I called to book my apt and upon my arrival. At my arrival, I was welcomed with a friendly smile. I had to wait a few additional min for my pre-scheduler apt HOWEVER it was clear it was because Crystal, my nail artist, was quite meticulous with her service and attention to detail. I definitely appreciated that it was clean and taken-care of, as well as without the typical nail salon smells/fumes and nail ‘dust’. The owners both took the time to go through their loyalty rewards, aka Passport program, as well as make sure I was taken care of. I joined the Passport Program that day and will look forward to my future visits.

Such a good first time experience. I have been using dazzle dry polish at home for a few years and was so excited when a salon opened up close to home that uses this product. Great atmosphere. Right when I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and personable. There was a short wait but they offer you complimentary refreshments. It has a cute boutique type of atmosphere and all of the staff that I encountered were super friendly. Sam did an awesome job on my gel manicure! I will definitely be a returning costumer!! We had part of our daughters birthday celebration there tonight and the owners and staff did a great job scheduling things, catching my error when I said the wrong day AND the services were great. The whole vibe of the place (so pretty) charmed my tweens. Also, shout out to Veronica for handling my pedicure (it had has been a while ) and just being delightful in general!
