Firstly, the staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. More importantly Anna, the technician I saw, not only helped me remove acrylic overlay on my nails (especially when they aren’t supposed to remove acrylic and my attempt to do so was a BIG fail!) but my natural nails look so good and the treatments done are vegan and won’t damage your nails like the other stuff! This was my first time going to Paint Bar and I am definitely a client for life!

Ever since Whitney left the wait is ridiculous. Everybody moves at a snails pace now in terms of greeting the customer and then finally getting to the chair. They don’t seem to care at all about a friendly greeting or getting you started on time for an appointment anymore. & before the new owner comes back with some snarky response about how she doesn’t see my name in the books- it wouldn’t be under this name so you can save your breath in that regard 🙂 instead of being defensive, maybe take the criticism you’re getting in these reviews and do better!

I had a specific design in mind for my birthday and had not gotten my nails done in years. I sent them an email with the picture of what I wanted. They did a beautiful job and got the design perfect! The staff is very friendly and so is the owner. Over 2 weeks later other than bring grown out a little the nails are still beautiful and holding up even better than I expected. They have my business and I have been recommending them to a lot of people!

Wow, just wow…. this was the best bail experience I’ve had ever, hands down. From making the appointment to checking out, everything was flawless. The atmosphere is completely one of a kind. There is no chemical smell, the chairs are comfortable, and the products for purchase blend seamlessly as part of the decor. I felt so relaxed, and even better knowing that the products being used were responsibly chosen- even though the price was totally reasonable!
