I went here to get a gel manicure and the process was long. it took over an hour and a half just for gel polish and chrome. I asked for baby pink, and then for them to put chrome overtop. They put baby pink under my nails, and then covered my whole nails to where you couldn’t see the pink, and it was all just sparkly chrome. I got them done on Thursday, and they all started to chip, and all of my natural nails broke today. Overall the girl I had was nice, but the service was bad.

I made an appointment over a month ago. I was called 2 weeks later and asked to change my appointment to accommodate a group. I agreed. Then I was called the day before my appointment and asked to reschedule my appointment AGAIN. I was offered two options that were hours later than my originally scheduled appointment. I told the representative that those times would not work. I was not offered any other potential times.

The owner is so sweet and very responsive. I called and did not leave a voicemail, she still called me to check what I needed. Super helpful and informative. They also have several cute items for purchase in their store front. Perfect for buying gifts!

Disappointed in the quality of the gel service I received. I don’t like close by, so coming in for a repair is not an option. Less than 24 hours from the time of service, I was putting on a necklace and via the “clip”, the gel on my thumb nail completely came off. Very disappointed, as this is one of the more expensive nail services I’ve had.. and quickest break.

I did the Madam Glam service; it’s 21-free, which is pretty hard to find (most places only have 5-, 7-, or 9-free, it at all). The owner was very friendly and offered tea, water or mimosa. I had Kat (can’t remember her last name). She was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. Will definitely be back! Great service and love the fact that they have non-toxic nail polish! I did the Madam Glam service; it’s 21-free, which is pretty hard to find (most places only have 5-, 7-, or 9-free, it at all). Critical: ProfessionalismI have been coming here for a couple months again as I enjoy the atmosphere and love having Madison do my nails. I understand people get sick and they had to cancel me, but it went down hill after that. I was told oh we will reschedule you with Madison, not sure when you’ll do that since she is totally booked until September and I don’t work/live close. I also would come in every two weeks since my nails grew super fast so I rather not pay $80 bucks to have them taken off a week later. I told them to cancel and I went somewhere else to get my nails done on Saturday the 7th. I now am looking through my bank statement today and I was charged $70 for their paint program that I haven’t even used and was very mislead when I signed up that i get charged for it when I get my nails actually done, not just when they feel like charging me. I haven’t been there now since July and am being charged $70 bucks for the month of august that I haven’t even used! I just want my money back for this program that hasn’t/won’t be used and truly will not be returning here after giving them multiple tries over the course of a couple years. I have been coming here for a couple months again as I enjoy the atmosphere and love having Madison do my nails. I understand people get sick and they had to cancel me, but it went down hill after that.
