I do not ever leave reviews. However it’s imperative that I do. I have been frequenting Paint Nail Bar Aventura for a year now. I absolutely loved the aesthetic and ambiance. I called one day because I was running late due to the weather. The first woman I spoke with was very understanding and actually thanked me for calling. I decided to reschedule because I didn’t want my nail tech to rush so I called back once more only to speak with the absolute rudest classless woman, who happened to be the owner. She was not worried about my nails or the weather but worried about loosing money. She actually said that. She spoke so nasty to me that at that moment I didn’t not care about the $25 dollar no show charged ( yes, ridiculous) that I was going to receive for both services. I can ignore a lot of things but I can’t ignore the fact that I’m filling your pockets and you refuse to use basic manners. Because She is the owner, no one is there to correct her poor customer service, I’ll just leave a review and find a new nail salon.

I wanted to thank Norma Suarez for ALWAYS delivering the same luxurious experience every single time. Norma is THE BEST and always makes me feel special. I have done my nails with Norma since 2014 and have followed her to whichever salon she moves to. First, her personality – she is one of the kindest, sweetest and most humble people I have met. Secondly, her attention to detail for caring that you have the best experience is beyond – truly – and that is so important to me. She hands down gives THE BEST and PROPER pedicures EVER – PERIOD. I currently drive 45 minutes to come do my pedicure with her. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I am in great caring hands. I highly recommend that if you book an appointment you do so with Norma, you will not be disappointed.

I had a gift card to this nail bar so I went to try it out. I got gel on my hands and and toes so I didn’t have to worry about chipping but right when I got home three of my nails were chipped. I go the next day to fix the chipped nails and the nail artist started to blame the way I was drying my nails was why they were becoming chipped. (The nail salon I usually go to I’ve never had this problem and it’s half the price). I leave and the following day my nail chipped again. This place is over priced with average service.

My nail tech, Anastasia, was a real princess. Her graceful execution of my nails was beautifully done and the price was so affordable for such a detailed and technical design. The gel they use did not make my nails weak and it stayed on for about three weeks before I saw any minor chips. I can’t wait to go back for my next design. Gracias Anastasia, eres maravillosa!

Wow! I’m very picky with service and will say that the staff and service is AMAZING! If you are looking for great catering this is the spot. This location is super clean and modern— and the attention to detail is great. However, you pay the price, don’t expect your everyday nail salon pricing.

I had such a great experience at Paint Nail Bar. Service was excellent all the way. The front desk ladies are very sweet and customer service oriented, while waiting for our appointment we relaxed at the lounge with mimosas until the pedicurist came for me. I got a full pedicure with Maira, she’s very professional and detailed oriented, sweet and patient. Loved it here!
