Karly Karlen at paint. hair studio in downtown Wausau is amazing! From the second I stepped in the salon I was impressed- the salon itself is a very cute space that sets the tone for the luxurious salon experience you will have. After offering me a drink, Karly took the time to talk to me and really listen to what I was hoping to accomplish with my hair appointment that day. She took her time looking at my hair, and asked what my goals and expectations were as to maintenance and upkeep of my hair so that she could recommend a plan for my service that worked for me. Karly cut my hair, and worked some magic with a dimensional color service to give me the “expensive brunette” look I saw all over Instagram and Pinterest. She completely refreshed my hair for Spring, and used a method for color on my hair that would be low maintenance as it grows out – which is something important for someone like me that sometimes finds herself too busy to schedule a hair appointment. Karly also was able to refresh my eyebrows with a wax. Karly was very knowledgeable on products when I asked for recommendations on what I should be using on my hair at home. Overall, I left the salon feeling beautiful, refreshed, and confident. Karly is not only talented at her work as a stylist, but was also friendly and fun to talk with as I got my hair done.
