To put it simply, you should book your appointment with Brittany. I’ve been seeing her consistently for waxing services for the last year and she is AMAZING. She has such a warm energy that makes you feel comfortable during every appointment. She is knowledgeable about this field and does not disappoint when it comes to delivering a perfect service. I selfishly did not want to make a post about her because her schedule would get booked faster (lol), but she deserves to thrive! Not only that, she deserves an abundance of praise for being an incredible, kind, and patient human. So again, book with Brittany – you will not regret it!

Brittany is the BEST!!! I always look forward to my appointments with her. After consistently visiting her for about a year, I can attest that she has truly gotten my bodily hairs together. I get so many compliments on my brows! Going to her feels like going to hang out with a friend who just happens to be really good at waxing. I would travel to the ends of the Earth for her.

If I could give a 1/2 star, I would. I went last week for 3 services (bikini, under arm and lower legs). I had been once and had a good experience with my waxer, Madison. I used the same waxer last week, and while in my service, Madison put wax on a skin tag (she wasn’t paying attention from talking). She told me about it and I asked her to let me fill it because it was pretty big skin tag. She proceeded to rip the wax off and part of my skin tag. I was bleeding a lot. I had to ask for gauges and a bandaid. She said the service would be free, and I said obviously I’m not getting the remainder of my services scheduled. I was so scarred and panicked. I had to walk to immediate care nearby (I don’t have a car). Immediate care couldn’t do anything but re-bandage it and told me to keep it covered and schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. Monday morning I called for an appointment and thank God they had an opening. I went it, the skin tag was still bleeding and I had to get mini procedure so they could remove it and laser the remaining so it could heal. I’m writing this review a week later because I’m so disappointed not only with this experience but the fact that the owners never contacted me to apologize for this happening or to ask if I was okay, if they could help. I got NOTHING!!!! They expect me to reach out….I’m sure they would think I would be wrong if I had my lawyer reach out, especially if I get a medical bill from my procedure that I shouldn’t have had to have. I had to cancel all my plans for the week because (plus buy bandages and cream) I couldn’t do any major activities so it could heal and it is still healing.
