My daughter-in-law and I went in for manicures and pedicures. Toni was great. She was friendly and personable. She was very responsive with making the appointment. Toni did a great job and listened to what we wanted. I told her the wrong thing for what my daughter-in-law wanted and she was very flexible and had built in enough time she was able to accommodate her. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely horrible experience!! The owner (don’t know her name as she never introduced herself) was 30 minutes getting to me and never apologized. She rubbed my feet with exfoliater and lotion and painted my nails. That was her “pedicure”. With the “manicure” she was so rough, she had 2 of my cuticles bleeding. Since she was so late starting me, I told her I would have to skip the manicure because I had to go to work. She said, it’ll just take 45 minutes”. Seriously, I’ve never had a manicure and pedicure take less than 1.5 hours. She was so rough. It was hot in her shop. No a/c. She had a box fan blowing on her. Didn’t offer anything to drink. Upon checking out, she tried to charge me $80 and it was supposed to be $70. Maybe because I don’t live in the area and just passing through?!?Maybe im used to higher-end salons but this place is horrible!! UPDATE: :Next morning, my cuticles are swollen, red and painful. Tried calling and she doesn’t answer the phone, you can only text. Just remember you were warned

Toni is a doll! She didn’t have to squeeze me in but she did and I am so glad. My toes needed some attention. A nice long soak & chair massage… now all pretty in pink Heading into the busy season, all the salons were hard to reach, I finally tried fb msg and got a quick response.
