Critical: Quality, ValuePageboy Salon fit me in same day as I called to schedule a partial highlight and trim. I was thankful to be seen as it has been over a year since I had been there (due to COVID and having a baby) so my hair really needed some TLC. I was very excited! Lisa has done my hair in the past and I’ve been happy with her however on this day during our consult I told her I want to keep my natural hair color (brown) and just put in a few balayage highlights to frame my face. She suggested I do more to help blend better which I agreed to. There was absolutely no discussion of price OR time!! I assumed, (having asked for a just a few highlights and a straight trim that it would cost around $175 or less. Three hours later, sitting in the shampoo chair unattended, I felt anxious as I had to get back home to relieve our nanny and had no idea this would take so long, I asked to leave w/out blowdry. Lisa gave me her cell and told me to text her photos of my hair the next day. My bill was $276. Now my hair is two-toned and a brassy orange color on top. Also, there are random droplets of bleach as you can clearly see in the photos. I asked Lisa to speak with the owner about rectifying this issue (specifically a refund) bc I don’t have time to come in. It has been over a week without any from owner. Pageboy Salon fit me in same day as I called to schedule a partial highlight and trim. I was thankful to be seen as it has been over a year since I had been there (due to COVID and having a baby) so my hair really needed some TLC. I was very excited! Pageboy is wonderful! I have been using them for a few years now and I always see Lisa. She listens to what I want every time I come in. She did my hair before my wedding last year and I got so many compliments on the color. They are also doing a great job with COVID. It is clean and everyone is spaced out. I feel very comfortable going there.

I’m now in my 30’s and I’ve been a client of Lisa’s for well over a decade. There is no one else on the planet that I trust my hair to! Sitting in her chair, I am always at ease and confident that whatever is done to my hair will be as in-line with our pre-discussed plan as possible. I’m never talked out of my ideas, I’ve never felt pressured to go down another path, I’ve never had products pushed on me, no up-selling – just a genuinely smooth experience every single time.As for the salon itself, it’s a gorgeous space! All of the women who work there are friendly and sweet. It’s kinda like Cheers – they all know your name and you feel like you’re with friends when you’re there. The salon has done a great job of safely accommodating clients during the pandemic. Masks required at all times and staggered stylists so that social distancing is ensured. I’m now in my 30’s and I’ve been a client of Lisa’s for well over a decade. There is no one else on the planet that I trust my hair to! Sitting in her chair, I am always at ease and confident that whatever is done to my hair will be as in-line with our pre-discussed plan as possible. I’ve been coming to Pageboy for about three years now, on the recommendation of a coworker whose hair always looks great. I’m so glad I made the switch – I have never been disappointed! I have seen both Nikki and Crista for balayage and hair cut/style. I truly don’t know what that previous poster is talking about – Crista always double checks with me to make sure we’re on the same page and her cuts are excellent. I love Pageboy! Would definitely recommend to even the most high maintenance of friends.
