I went there for the third time or so to get a balayage and haircut. I showed a specific picture of what I wanted and asked to leave my dark hair on top and have the balayage lighter color lower. She started with that but I suppose forgot and then started bringing the color all the way up. So now I have one side higher then then other , the back hilights are all the way up. She says she needs to do a smudge root which I didn’t ask for. She tried to cover some of the hilights with it on one side it looks like I have 3 different colors now.
