Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSarah K. was my stylist and she really listened to me, worked with me to ensure we were on the same page, and gave me a great cut and a series of highlights and low lights that really look amazing. I joked with her that I didn’t mind looking like a grandma, but I didn’t want to look like my own grandma anymore lol. She was very engaging the whole time, great conversation, and took the time required to use techniques that help blend the highlights/low lights, instead of them being big and chunky. I live 6.5 hours from Corpus Christi, but we are already planning another trip at the end of summer to go back, when we do, I certainly will be scheduling another appointment with her. Sarah K. was my stylist and she really listened to me, worked with me to ensure we were on the same page, and gave me a great cut and a series of highlights and low lights that really look amazing. I joked with her that I didn’t mind looking like a grandma, but I didn’t want to look like my own grandma anymore lol. Critical: QualityGot an appointment next day with Nancy for a haircut. Didn’t give me a mirror to check it out like most places do. I gave her a healthy tip anyway. When I got home I thought it looked a little uneven but thought it was maybe because it wasn’t styled and I’d see how it looked next day after washing and styling myself. Well, I didn’t even get to styling, just after washing and combing it was obvious that one side was cut straight/even and other side was not. I rushed to the salon to get it fixed (Sunday) before work the next day but of course they were closed. Ended up going to Supercuts to get it fixed. Got an appointment next day with Nancy for a haircut. Didn’t give me a mirror to check it out like most places do. I gave her a healthy tip anyway. When I got home I thought it looked a little uneven but thought it was maybe because it wasn’t styled and I’d see how it looked next day after washing and styling myself.
