I went for a last minute hair cut, although they were short staffed due to the holidays, as always, Padma put in great care and attention to my hair cut and it was done so swiftly. I would fully recommend Padma and her team for your beauty needs. A huge cheers to the newly renovated salon, it looks really beautiful and bright. I would strongly recommend this Salon.

My experience was very bad I felt disrespected and would like a refund. I had decent experiences here in the past I have been going here for over 2 years. Yesterday I called ahead of time to make an appointment for eyebrow tinting and waxing and they said it was fine. When I came in they took someone else ahead of me that came after me. Then the woman who was doing my eyebrows didn’t start for like 10 minutes because she kept answering the phone. Then she dropped scissors on the floor in front of me and without cleaning them off she cut the gauze to use to wax my eyebrows. She was going to thread it even though I said you please wax and then she waxed them in the most painful way possible and threaded them afterwards anyway which was not what I wanted. Then when I asked her to please tint them she was very rude about it and did not want to do it because I had microblading 6 years ago. I told her I always get it done there and then the manager told her it was okay so she did it reluctantly. I asked for black and she definitely dyed them Brown. S she then disappeared for like 25 minutes and my eyebrows were burning it’s only supposed to be left on for like 10 minutes the manager saw me and did not care but some other lady who work there saw me and remove the dye. No apology or anything the woman who had been doing my eyebrows and stopping to answer the phone in the middle of it was doing someone else’s hair they need to be more organized clean and polite and do what people would like please

Witnessed totally casual, careless & highly unprofessional approach of the staff at Padma’s Salon today.Surprised to see these people don’t honor the appointments!!! Took an appointment for waxing & threading well in advance but the lady assigned for my waxing kept calling & taking other customers knowing fully well that we had arrived!! Was made to wait unnecessarily for 25 minutes with no likelihood of service being provided & finally had to leave without getting the service.

I went to Padma’s as a walk-in (around noon on a Tuesday) to get my eyebrows threaded and lip waxed. There was no wait whatsoever, and the woman who took care of me was great. This was only my second time getting threaded and she was very patient and understanding. The price was more than fair and I am very happy with the work she did. I will be back!

I took my 4 year daughter here today… I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided here… my daughter moved around so much and didn’t want to get a haircut but the lady was so patient and sweet… she took her time and cut my daughter’s hair very nicely. I will go there again. Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, ValueIf you want a professional place, I would not recommend going here. I scheduled an appointment to get a haircut and my eyebrows threaded. The person who did my eyebrows was very aggressive in threading my underbrow. She removed too much hair and too fast that my underbrow was bumpy and irritated (see photo attached). My left and right eyebrows are also completely different thicknesses (not the same). Same person who threaded my eyebrows ended up drying my hair after a haircut. While using the hot heat setting, blew hot air on my face several times, kept hovering the dryer over my scalp for too long (almost felt like my scalp getting burned), and literally hit my head twice (while hovering the dryer over my hair back and forth). Also, absolutely NO products were used on my hair and just drying it turns it into a huge poofball. The whole experience is unprofessional, and no one really properly greets or explains what will happen next. There were too many transitions between stylists. I just felt like they were more interested in hearing drama than providing a great service to their customers.
