First “off” experience was the lady at front desk demanding cash even though they had a sign that said cards were accepted. I paid the $70 for hour massage and tipped 20% because you must pay for massage upfront. During massage, masseuse was speaking to coworker through wall and going upfront to speak with customers. Once massage was completed I got up to get dressed and the masseuse barged in and started cleaning the room. She clearly ignored my request to not violate my privacy. Very awkward and traumatizing to be buck naked and having to get dressed in front of someone when that is not something that I consented to.
