My husband got a pedicure the lady Did good. I walked in they were busy the so called manager told me they were busy because of appointments witch I understood but when I saw walkins asking if they had time for 2 people please keep in mind I had already been waiting for more then 45 minutes and attended them right away they were white that manager made me feel like he was prejudiced. Had the worst treatment ever don’t recommend going back there. Before it was awesome but this so called manager has made the environment so uncomfortable. You can see it on the employees working there.

i started going to this salon back in 2016 and the crew from back then was SO MUCH BETTER than the crew thats there now. i went to get my eyebrows and lip waxed last week, and i have never had a problem until now. tell me why the lady attended me did a horrible job on my eyebrows. she was rushing through the process and left me with unnecessary aftercare. My eyebrows were left way too thin, my skin was so irritated afterward because she was being so aggressive and there was a lot of clean up i had to do myself afterward (ive had eyebrow waxes before and i’ve never had to clean up my eyebrows ever prior to this encounter). not only that, i dont think they really care about cleanliness because my upper lip and my eyebrows broke out in pimples the next day. i know it wasnt the product they used because sugar wax doesnt affect my skin like this. 0/10 would not recommend. never again.

First time at this nail salon in Amarillo…I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and will definitely go back when in Amarillo again. The nail techs were very friendly and took time to do a great job on my manicure and pedicure. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices, and are conveniently located near I-40 and Soncy on the westside of Amarillo.
