poor service, I was then into the room it was not dark inside. I undressed and the towels smelled where your face goes. The lady was very hard on my shoulders and under arm where I kept telling her please not so hard it was a very intense rubbing all over my body. My massage was interrupted 4 times by her walking out the room answering phones and talking to another lady in the office. Music was not relaxing it was R&B songs not the type of relaxing music I want to hear. The lady jumped on the table where I can feel her knees by my ribs as she was rubbing hard on me that was funny and weird to experience… no joke. The ending was finished she asked me for a tip rudely I said $10.00 on top of my one hour session she said give me $15-20 demanding me by asking me more than once when I declined. I looked at my receipt and she charged me $10.00 tip when I went home I seen my bank account she charge add. $15.00!!!! without my permission I have the receipt & my bank account showing the add amount taken horrible!!!! never go here not worth it I was left with sore sore muscles and pain all over had to go take a chance with another place who did a wonderful job removed the knots and pain what an experience… save yourself the time and disappointment seek another place.

The massage was not very great, and definitely not great for the price. They charge BEFORE the massage (plus $2 for using card). Then they ask for tip after and ask to run your card after massage (with another $2 credit charge).
