We had a couple massage scheduled for this morning and when we arrived they told us they did not have two people available to do our massage. We scheduled this over a week ago. My husband and I used vacation days to do this today. So not only did we lose those but it ruined our plans. Horrible business, if you can’t handle your scheduling then you shouldn’t have a business. Nothing offered to us but to come in later in the day or reschedule??? Don’t waste your time or your money on this establishment

Had a great experience! Went for a couples massage. On my wife’s suggestion. Found Pacific Island massage spa on the internet. Great massage and wonderful conversation. Very clean atmosphere. Horrible place. We scheduled a couples massage and when we got there we were told the owner left and she was the other one giving us the massage so we would have to come back since there was not two people… Hahah. Give me a break.
