I have been doing a nail treatment for years, so I consider myself to be experienced customer. I was serviced by an older gentleman named Ben. He seemed very irritated and was uninterested in any sort of engagement with me. I only needed a fill and a top layer. I was already set with the “coffin” shaped nails… When it was time for him to shape my nails he filed my nails so aggressively that my fingers were jilting around and the left side of each nail on my right hand has such a hard angle, it doesn’t look very satisfactory. I was serviced on March 12th and already my nails are breaking, lifting, and cracking. The top coat is basically gone already. I’ll pay services for $75 elsewhere to have a much better job that lasts up to for weeks then the $35 job I paid for.

Everyone is so nice and I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out! They didn’t rush through my services like I’ve experienced with other salons. It’s a very clean place. I also got a pedicure and it smelled amazing. So relaxing! I wish I knew the name of the lady who did my nails 🙂

I’ve been coming here off and on for about a year and a half, and the service is extremely hit or miss. It truly just depends on who you get. Today was the last time I will give it a chance though. I came in around 5 and asked for a dip manicure and possibly a gel pedicure because I know it is close to closing time. They told me 15 minutes which is completely fine and understandable, but one hour later someone else walks up to me and asks what I want. I tell them the same thing I said to the girl at the front, and he tells me that they can’t do that. I asked if I could just do the manicure then since that was my main reason for coming in and the pedicure wasn’t. And he said no not everyone could do dip powder. I completely understand that some people can’t do it or time was an issue for it, but they let me sit for a whole hour before they tell me this. I would have been fine if they told me this when I came in. Instead they let me sit for an entire hour before saying anything. I won’t return for this and the decline of good service in general

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I came in with very sore feet and they took their time massaging them and did an amazing paint job. Best nail salon I’ve ever been too. Will forever tip y’all good when I come in. Only been in once with my mother but we will be coming back. Pedicure

Amazing amazing amazing. They were so friendly and patient. I brought my almost 3 year old daughter and one of the ladies was helping out with her so much. Helping her in and out of the chair. Poured her juice in her cup for her. They were so awesome! Going back to get my lashes done later tonight!!

Prices were a little more than I was told over phone BUT worth every dime. They were very patient. I got Linda as my nail tech. She was so polite and she even did her best at the design I wanted. I will be coming back soon! Acrylic nails
