I’m extremely frustrated and this place has very poor service. When I called for an appointment I asked for the location at Redlands Ford. I arrived at my appointment time and signed in. While I was sitting the two receptionist were leaving looking to go to lunch and said my appointment was for Terracina. I tried calling while on hold to let them know I would be late. While I was waiting the receptionist called me so I switched lines and she said my appointment is today. I explained to her I’m on my way it says 8 minutes I will be there and she said that puts me over the 10 minute time and I would need to reschedule. Funny I can’t be late but this place has had me and my mother in the past wait past 40 minutes. Also from the complaints on the wait time I’m not the only one to experience this.

Very non professional and irresponsible staff, they schadual us 3weeks ago , confirm the appointment a day before. But when we reached there all 3 doors around d the building wear locked. No one was answering. We saw some people coming out but door were remained locked.

By Far the worst service ever. If I could give a 0 star I would. Please don’t get referred here. I waited 2 1/2 months for my appointment to have my appointment canceled the day of. Then they call me when I am at work to tell me they had to cancel and reschedule 1 month out. I called to have them reschedule me sooner and it took about 20 times of calling for them to answer a phone. The. After the 21st time they finally answered just to say I was calling the call center they had to transfer me to the dr. Office. Then after them transferring me. Guess what? It went to voicemail. This place is a joke. I will be doing a review everyday until my appointment. I will not be going here.

I arrived a little bit early and the staff instead of greeting me and saying oh you’re early and will be with you soon we’re busy with what they call their huddle… their morning huddle…. and eventually because I wanted to know if I could leave and come back since they were huddling……told me I had to wait until their huddle was over. It was absolutely no attitude of customer service. Then at 8:15 when my appointment was supposed to occur about six people came into the tiny waiting room where there was absolutely no social distancing and no room to social distance, and then my appointment was about 15 minutes late even though I was the first appointment of the day. A very poorly organized office as far as my experience went with a staff that was more interested in huddling then taking care of customers

I originally had an appointment 2 months ago and they cancelled it on me, now I’m here for the appointment they rescheduled and I’ve been waiting going on a hour!Waiting room is full of people, they definitely need more help at this office!

Great experience with Jessica St. Jewels. She greeted me with a smile and a cheery, “Hello”, as she entered the examination room. Her examination of the areas of concern on my skin was thorough and complete and the freezing of suspicious spots was as gentle as possible.

Front desk staff are very helpful. It’s easy to get an appointment scheduled and the medical staff appear to be knowledgeable. Dr Mudge is very professional and he was thorough in his evaluation of my issues. The PAs are also very professional. I appreciate their treatment of me as a patient.
