The first person you interact with at any type of business should always be polite and professional! Unfortunately that is NOT what you will get here, Kayla the front office clerk is dreadful. Rude, impatient, unprofessional not only to me but on the phone with insurance companies as well as 2 other patients in the office. Demanding I pay 1 amount, I kindly told her my son has dual insurance, both PPO’s, snaps at me then demands a different amount. I asked her name and credentials in the office. Kayla states, “that doesn’t concern you!” I then asked to speak to an office manager, she states, “oh well she doesn’t have time to talk to you.” All of this in the first 10 minutes in the office. We then waited 55 minutes to see the physician. Honestly save your time and patience, you won’t have either once you leave this medical establishment.

Dr. Hoang was amazing!!! I’m usually not super comfortable talking to doctors but he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He also wrote down notes about the things I was asking about so I could look them up at home :). I highly recommend going here!

Made an appointment after my daughter noticed a tiny bump on my leg. Doctor Hoang checked me and also did a thorough skin check. Noticed something so tiny on my shoulder and took biopsy to find out it was Melanoma! Was referred to UCI health where Oncologist noted that I was very lucky that It was caught! I had been to a Derm in OC and he had not even mentioned it. I highly recommend!!!
