DO NOT GO HERE. i asked for an ombré on top of acrylics. the woman told me i would have to get an entire new set, which i said was ok after asking for a refill. she then told me she could do it on a refill and they came out like the picture i’m attaching, and then i had to oay $50, when a refill is typically $33. every time my friends or i leave this salon we are left with polish surrounding our fingers and it’s very messy. the nail techs there also are very judgemental and make me feel unwelcome. overall i have had extremely negative experiences at this salon and strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I got an infection from this place. They cut me pretty bad..twice then my nail “died” I had to get my gel removed because of this infection caused by them and pay for the removal as well. I was so upset. Then I went to tell my mom and she proceeded to tell me my grandmother is dealing with an infection from the same salon because they cut her. So no, I do not recommend

Got dip done on Tuesday, and by Thursday every single one chipped or broke off. Dip is supposed to last weeks, I’ve never had it chip before even after 3+ weeks. I came in Thursday and they offered to redo them for free. The lady was so rough that I have four bleeding fingers today. I picked the same exact color and they tried to charge me because they only fix for free if it’s the same color (it was!). I’ve been coming here for years, but I see they are under new management. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMade nails thick, kind of crooked, when I pick the color is supposed to be darker but she did three coats and it wasn’t dark at all, when they put the nail glue on it’s all inside my finger and it hurts. not professional at all worst place I ever been. Since the new owners took over this place, it is is terrible!! Extremely rude employees . They were anyways running at least 30 minutes late even when I had an appointment and they would blame it on the previous customer saying they came late to their appointment . When in reality , They squeeze as many customers in with no regard for people with appointments. I went there for years and never complained about it . Then one time after years, I was sick and forgot that I had an appt. I called within 20 minutes of my appointment time to apologize but I couldn’t have gone in anyway because I had suspected Covid. They had my cell Number and they could have called. Instead, when I asked to reschedule they told me I couldn’t make an appointment anymore and I had to call on the day I wanted to come to see if they had time for me. Guess what I told them….

Have always felt rushed and like a burden when I come here. They close at 7:30 but if you get there anytime between 6:30-7 they just want to get the job done as fast as possible and get you out the door. The lady was trying to scrap off my gel manicure after only soaking for less than 20 seconds, which obviously wasn’t enough time. She killed my nail beds trying to scrap it off and was so rough and almost cut my finger twice because she pierced me with the instrument. I told her it needs longer soaking but she didn’t care, she wanted to get out of there since it was close to 7. This last time I went was done sloppy (had dried polish on my fingers). Their hours of operation are until 7:30 during the week. Change your hours if you’re going to rush people. Won’t be going back anymore.

I would have told her how badly they looked but she had people waiting and I felt like I’d be a jerk by asking her to fix it when she was clearly overwhelmed. She was very rushed. I’m sure they do much better work than this. They should have turned me away and told me to come back at a different time instead of trying to squeeze me in and doing really bad work.
