Such a great experience. My toes and nails came out beautiful!! Every one was so nice. Salon is a clean , good experience. I loved the warming rocks they used for the pedicure. Absolutely lovely staff, they are so kind, attentive and do a wonderful job!!!! I gave them an idea of what I wanted for my wedding nails, with pictures, and they were able to execute it so perfectly! I can’t say enough good things about my experience today… Natalie did such an amazing job, the attention to detail is incredible! I am so relieved to say I have finally found a nail salon in the Poconos that has the level of talent that I have been searching high and low for. My daughter got her nails done yesterday and absolutely loves hers as well! Definitely worth a trip!

First red flag: place has no prices anywhere for services. Pedicure with gel, SO basic was $50. Full set of gel nails manicure was $75. I got simple flower designs on four nails so I GUESS that’s why the price is so high. They don’t even explain the costs of everything. Place is so overpriced for what you get. Last time going here. The owner Andy and his wife is rude and not customer oriented. You have to wait minimum 20 to 30mns even if you make an appointment. They don’t care about customer in providing the best services. They don’t clean the manicure table and spa bed after each customer usages then they are rude if you ask them to clean it. The worse nail saloon customer service I have ever experienced.
