I was embarrassed to have people see my nails. Unfortunately, I was leaving the next day for vacation and couldn’t get them fixed. Different length nails on each hand, crooked on my nails, the acrylic didn’t cover my full natural nail and they didn’t do enough coats of polish, the list goes on and on. They made some excuses then offered me 50% off my next fill but I won’t be going back. And I’m out $60+ for the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten 🙁

My friend recommended me this nail salon because they were appointment only and relatively close in my area so I decided to give them a try. It felt really relaxing and the massage on my legs and calves were nice. All said and done my feet look amazing and soft. They are great at shaping your nails, lots of colors, great customer service! Just all around a great place!

I am embarrassed that I even paid for this service. My nails look like a child painted them. Parts of my nails were not polished and my fingers had polish all around them. As I tried to explain to the lady that the color was not what I expected she disregarded me and quickly finished the service. They were rude and then when I complained they said come back to have them fixed. I shouldn’t have to go back to have them fixed and I certainly would never want to go back to such poor customer service. 100% do not recommend this place.

I have been here a few times for a pedicure and just like a barista, the technicians can be a hit or a miss. I’ve mostly had a good experience with my pedicures. I get the gel ones and they truly last 6 weeks and look good even as my nail grows. So i decided to get a gel manicure and I was less than pleased. My nails are crooked, they shape is also not that even. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it looked nothing like it. The pedicure looks great. The manicure I’m disappointed in. However they offered to fix it within 5 days but I got them done for vacation so now it will be out of the window and i they would have to recharge me to fix them. The place of pretty clean. Nice massage chairs for the pedicure. I will go back for pedicures but never a manicure.

Today was my first day with PA NAILS Bloomsburg. I am very particular about the shape of my nails. I like to have them looking as natural as possible and as petite as possible. I must say I am very very pleased with the shape of my nails was outstanding. Thank you ! I’m looking forward to returning.
