Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am sitting in front of this salon right now. I came here 4 days ago and all of the nails have broken. No, I’m not rough or anything and I always have them done. My usual place was booked a week out and I needed a change for an event. I used to come here and it was always good in a pinch. Last time I was here was over 3 maybe 4 years. The people are all different and the woman who did my nails was terrible and should get a different job. I’m sitting here because I called yesterday and told a woman about my issue and she said come and she’d fix it but I wasn’t able to come till after work today. They’re closed an hour early and I hope they realize tomorrow I just want a refund and want nothing more to do with the place. I am sitting in front of this salon right now. I came here 4 days ago and all of the nails have broken. No, I’m not rough or anything and I always have them done. Critical: Quality, ValueI’m not sure how these reviews are positive. I dropped alot of money on Friday night for me and my niece and my pedi and nails are horrible. I couldn’t tell until I got home. They were not dremmeled down enough they are chunky and and thick. The acrylic is all stuck under my nails and the polish is a mess. I would never go back there. Worst nail place in the city!! I’m not sure how these reviews are positive. I dropped alot of money on Friday night for me and my niece and my pedi and nails are horrible. I couldn’t tell until I got home. They were not dremmeled down enough they are chunky and and thick. The acrylic is all stuck under my nails and the polish is a mess. I would never go back there. Worst nail place in the city!! I was very polite and left 30 in tip but I will never go back. I don’t like to leave reviews but its not fare for people to spend so much money to get bad results.
