This is my regular nail place. They aren’t always very timely when it comes to appointments which is why I cant give them 5 stars. Vivian was the absolute best technician but she quit :/ Now I only go to see Tina, who is the owner. The women who work there do a fine job but Tina works quickly and makes your nails look awesome. I work in a water lab and my no chip manicures last up to 3 weeks.

I wish I could give a zero. I requested an acrylic fill in with a cut down. She cut the nails down and didn’t shape them. They were unbelievably crooked. I asked her to shape them and she became annoyed. It went completely downhill from there. She then shaped then slightly but it wasn’t a big difference. The nails still looked crooked. Then I noticed all the polish wasn’t off and she didn’t fill the acrylic in completely so I asked that this be corrected and she began to speak to the other person working there in their native language. So rude. I explained to him as well my issue and he acted as if I didn’t say a word. She refused to fill in the acrylic all the way but she did remove the old polish. When she began polishing my nails she didn’t polish them all the way down the nailbed but I didn’t mention it because I expected her to do this with the second coat. She did not and when I asked her to polish the complete nailbed she became angry and said “if I get the polish on your skin then you will want me to remove it”. Yes of course I would but that shouldn’t stop you from polishing my nails completely. She refused to polish the nails completely. I told her that I wasn’t trying to offend her but I wanted my nails done correctly. She didn’t care and finished the way she wanted to and moved on to a customer that was waiting for her. These people are rude, unprofessional, and sloppy. Don’t waste your money or energy here please.
