I walked on and a man was lying in a manicure chair playing with is phone. I stood there like a ninny waiting for someone so I said “Hello?”. He seemed irritated that I bothered him and said what? WHAT? I asked of they did SNS. He said yes. I asked if they could do them now or do I need an appointment. I asked as there was NOT another person there. He got up, pointed to a chair and said sit here and handed me colors to select. Not many to select from and by now, I knew this was a problem. I noticed they had some good and some bad reviews but I thought I would wait to see who would do my nails. A woman came out and asked if I had anything on my nails???? I held them up and told them I soaked off my powder as a convenience to her and just had clear on them. She grabbed my hand and was VERY rough wiping off the polish. First words out of her mouth, cut down. I said no. She said cracked, need to cut and I said not cracked, a bit of residue from soaking off. This woman said I show, grabbed my hand andproceeded to RIP off my nail, down to the quick and saId I cut all now I grabbed my hand back, grabbed the nail she ripped off and shoved it in her face to look at when I showed it was exactly what I said. My nail was bleeding. I stood up, grabbed my purse and told her the bad reviews were warranted and she needed to liste and walked out. What a joke. No wonder it was empty…..

On this visit I was actually in between breaks for jury duty the lady was able to seat me immediately and I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a fill in and a pedicure! The price is VERY reasonable. I have been going back regularly since. I used this place a few months ago for the first time. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. On this visit I was actually in between breaks for jury duty the lady was able to seat me immediately and I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a fill in and a pedicure! The price is VERY reasonable. I have been going back regularly since. I like to go early so I don’t have to wait but I’ve not been disappointed yet.
