Gave them a second chance. Previous time pedicure was done in 10 minutes. Was told I should ask before it starts how long it would be. I did. And was told 35 minutes. I was left soaking my feet for 15 minutes. The lady kept walking back and forth just looking at me. A customer that went in same time as me were already working on her feet. I could see the one assigned to me was delaying on purpose. I walk out. I hope this new place is better.

DON’T COME HERE! There’s like 2 good employees, the rest are horrible! Went in for a pedicure and the guy was very rough with my feet and he did a horrible job when painting my nails! When I asked him to fix one, he messed up the rest of the nails even more!

Horrible! As a cosmetologist do not come here. Rude, bad work, & they don’t care about meeting customers wants. They just want $. So rude and I had to fix my thick acrylic after getting home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ HERE. Pedicure

Did not like the outcome of my acrylic nails. They did not push back my cuticles, they did not CLEAN or have me wash my hands of the dust before putting the polish over my nails. They did not shape them evenly to the coffin shape I had desired. Then at the end as I was paying, I was told next time I need to say I want acrylic nails and not a manicure. WORST place ever. Not coming here again.

I typically love coming here, I enjoy the deluxe pedi and get a decent mani.. but this is the second time I’m poorly unattended, by the same lady. What’s worse tho is that I took my mom here for the first time, and she also had a bad experience. We had asked for both the pedi and mani but after the pedi we were left at the chairs, completely ignored.. After like 20 min I asked if we could still get a mani, I guess they forgot, or didn’t care.. they left my nails uneven, didn’t bother to file them.. and my moms nails have polish residue all around the nail, didn’t even try to provide quality service. We weren’t looking to be treated any more special, just the same as everyone else who received what they paid for. I like the place, won’t go there again but my only advice is to be careful who you get stuck with.
