As soon as I sat down, I was asked racial questions. Gave them a chance and my final product was uneven nails and rushed service. Paid $60 plus tip. Came back to have it fixed so i can give them a chance so I got an appointment and when i got there I still waited over half an hour. They told me I got there at the wrong time and corrected them. Such a disappointment.

Amazing experience today!! Got a gel manicure and spa pedicure and it felt so very good! I need my nails short for my job and they were perfect!! Everyone was friendly and caring, place was very clean and and well stocked with a variety of colors!! Love how they try to personalize your visit and make sure you feel like a million dollars!! I will be back!!

Very disappointing experience. Be sure to fully understand that this establishment will not do any cuticle work. They didn’t even clean under the nails. When a salon says no cuticle work I understood that to be no cutting or pushing back . Also I shared information about allergies and the technician declined to look up the ingredients of the lotion or masque and preferred to provide a lesser service. So I paid 20 dollars to have polish removed and color change, no nail cut down or anything. Be sure to ask questions about the service. This was probably the second worse pedicure customer service experience that I have ever had. The technician asked for payment before she finished the service even though I was only getting a pedicure. It pains me to say it but, going off my intuition that there was some racial prejudice underpinning my experience.

The ladies at P nails are absolutely amazing. They take very good care of my daughter and I when we go out for our daddy daughter nail night. Amanda has been doing my daughters nails for two years now and they’re best friends now. They’re very personable and remember all the small things feels like seeing visiting family every time we go in.

I booked an appointment two days ahead I told the lady French manicure with color I don’t mean my own nails she never said pick out a color but only to the next person behind me I showed her what I want she said she had no time for that and walked away i said thats fine ill go somewhere else!! She was so rude and wonder why their business is not a success like KIMS NAILS was I will never return I don’t recommend

Very disappointed in my nails after having a full set done. Poor quality and I ended up going to World Nails in Centreville to get them fixed!!! Pedicure was just as bad and also had to have toes redone!! $120 after tips gone straight down the drain. Not to mention the $120 to correct their mistakes.
