Great customer service. I highly recommend Larry if you like design on your nails, cause even if it is not coming as the pic you showed, he will re do it in the middle of the session and take as much time as necessary to satisfy your idea of what you want. Everyone there is super nice and sharp with their work.

WARNING: do not go to PK nails, I have been going to PK nails for about 5 years and I have never had a problem before because I always request Loui and he does a great job. I made an appointment for a Friday and requested Loui they said he wouldn’t be available for the time slot I needed. When I arrived I was seated, I was weary because the lady that was about to do my nails did my friends nails a few months earlier and completely ruined my friends nails they were terrible and embarrassing which is sad because the next day was senior ball. So I sat down and even before I could pick my color she was doing things to my nails. So she started doing my nails and she could barely get the shape I wanted which was coffin. Everything seemed to be going okay until we got to the sanding part at the end she cut 4 of my fingers like they were bleeding a good amount where she should have at least told me to go wash my hands but instead she just wiped them off with a napkin. She finished the service and I left 2 days later my nails are lifting and when your nails lift and water is trapped between the nail and the acrylic fungus can grow. I went back today to get my money back because I paid for my nails to hold up for 2 weeks ( I understand things will get lifted towards the end of the 2weeks I’m okay with that) after 2 days my nails were lifted I didn’t even get 1 full week. When I told her that she got mad and said she will take them off and I can go, I told her I wanted my money back she said you can only have half of your money back and she had to remove my nails I said no they were on for less than 4 days I want all of my money back she started screaming at me and said that I had to take my own nails off in front of her to get my money back then one of her coworkers must have told her she couldn’t say that so then she said okay fine I’ll do it she grabbed my hands cut only HALF my nails off so I’m left with nubs and said don’t come back here ever again or I’m calling the police mind you she is still screaming at me in front of everyone and saying I’m trying to scam them out of money and that I will just come back and do it again (I was more than happy to have her take my nails off all the way if I got my money back) she started accusing me of partying and that’s why my nails are messed up. This used to be my favorite nail salon but this lady is single handily bring down the salon. Short description of her to make sure to never get her she is probably 50 years old and she is chubby ( not the old lady she’s nice and not the young girl) unfortunately they are too comfortable taking advantage of people. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I see them doing unhealthy and illegal things in here if you want fungus this is the place to go!

Got a gel manicure and asked for them to be round. She made them square, so I asked again if she could round them and now each of my nails are a different shape. The massage was very rough, and her long ass nails were scratching me the whole time. She made 3 of my fingers bleed and just dabbed water on the blood. After she was done I had to ask another worker if he could stop the bleeding which he happily did. I will never get a manicure here again.
