Had just moved here from CT and chose this place to try because it’s near my job and wanted to get my nails done during my break. Took 2 hours!!! To do my nails which were a simple tips with gel polish! Cut 6 out of 10 of my finger nails- all bled. I’ve never received such bad service in my life!

This place used to be so good. Very nice & accommodating. Now they just keep raising prices but their customer service has gone way down. They don’t seem to value their customers at all. If you tell them about it, they seem to care less about it too. I think they’ve gotten so popular and it’s gone to their heads. They think they are above common human decency. I hope they begin to see the error in their ways because like I said, I used to LOVE this place. Not the case at all lately.

They took nearly 90 minutes for a gel pedicure that did not look great at all. Then they nearly charged double the price and acted like they dont speak English to understand. They also TELL you they will do a 10 minute massage on your legs but dont tell you it cost extra. I said no and did not get massage but they kept telling me no you had massage. No I didnt. Never again. $52 for this???

The owner of this place is rude and she makes it bad for the employees! She will totally ignore you when you ask her a question! I have been using this salon for years but I have decided to take my money to a salon that appreciates my patronage! Gel manicures don’t last more than a week which is also a turn off … Need to get rid of that manager ASAP!!!!!

They are nice here but your service really depends on who does your nails. You can have a super sweet person doing it one time but the next time a rude person. They are all a little rough on your hands though.

Called to have my gel nails soaked off and get a gel manicure. They gave me an appointment time of 1230. I arrived 10 minutes early. They said ok it’ll only be a couple of minutes. I had to get up and walk out. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and there was no indication that I’d be taken any time soon. I witnessed them take two walkins before another scheduled appointment. When a staff member came to take the next client which should’ve been me she asked what I was getting. She looked at me and shook her head no…several times. She then proceeded to take the next walk in for a pedicure. They definitely don’t have enough staff working. But that’s not their only problem, clearly. Communication is a large part of it.

Love this nail salon. Their prices are a little on the high side but totally worth it. They practice social distancing, which is a plus in my department! They also check your temperature before entering the salon as well as making every customer that enters use hand sanitizer. I’ve been to a couple nail salons since the pandemic and this is the one I feel the most safe in! Kudos to them for doing an outstanding job!

Critical: Quality, ValueThis is my first time at PJ Nails and what a disappointment. Professional, sure… set up for Covid, yup. But not good customer service. Not friendly … not polite… not engaging. I felt like I was another cow being pushed in and out. The actual quality was average. But the prices for that quality were OUTRAGEOUS! If you wanted anything extra (that should have been included), it was extra. Buffing our a callous on my foot..$8!!! Wth??And to top things off, there was a woman behind me while I was getting a manicure so upset that she had spent two hours at the salon and hated the quality of her nails. Went to have acrylics done and they look great! The environment is super friendly and relaxing. They have a light up board in the front with all the pricing info. It seems like with whatever you get they’ll give you a free 3 minute massage! I had one of the younger ladies and she was really gentle and sweet. I definitely highly suggest visiting this place, you won’t regret it! P.s. They also do a full gel set!

Very poor customer service. I had stopped going here a few years back for the same reason but the location was very convenient I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Cleanliness… eh. I’ve seen worse but have also seen much cleaner. My last service was done by the owner- rude but that part I knew already. Very sloppy poor job. Charged me 60 for full U V gel set the board quotes 45. I got French so extra 5. So 60 ?? Told me it was extra for bringing my own gel color for the base. Two days passed and one white tip had peeled off I went for a repair and she again charged me for that. It has now been one week and the rest have peeled. Never had such a poor service. I will not be returning ever. They are not the only game in town and I will not give them my business. I am referring to YH Nails as it is now known.
