I’ve been working on my nails for weeks- I stopped biting and worked on the length and shape meticulously. I thought I’d earned a nice gel paint on them. I say “I’d just like a gel color, please! Guy says “You want a manicure AND gel?” I shake my head. “NO! JUST gel paint, please!” He nods his head at the lady who sat next to me, and she starts filing away at my hard earned length. I say “Hey! I just want color please!” She stops, nods her head, and gets the color samples. Ol Guy is snoring away in the corner. She sits down and starts squaring off my nicely rounded nails. At this point I want to walk out, but she’s already started. TLDR, I got shafted out of money I didn’t want to pay for a service I didn’t ask for, and it’s not even a good job. It’s all over my skin, not covering the nail, and it’s lumpy and thick. I wanted to cry leaving this place.

The employees were so sweet and welcoming and the atmosphere was very comforting and relaxing. Lots of color choices and they made sure I was happy with their work. Spacious and clean salon. I wish I got my nail technicians name. She was thorough, shaped my nails perfectly and use SNS dip to create length. I request a matte black and she delivered down to ever detail. Love!

Came in on Labor Day, and got a pedicure and gel manicure. They used nasty OLD tools. I’m serious y’all. All the clippers had gunk on them and were oxidized. Old acrylic dust on all the table surfaces. Nothing was clean. I understand if they were busy, but I was the first customer of the day. Then I saw the technician move on to the next customer using the same tools he used on me on her, without sanitizing. It’s always a major red flag when a tech just drimmels off gel instead of taking the extra step to soak them off. All of that for $72! Crazy to charge more than other shops but don’t even bother to sanitize the tools. Take some extra time and care about your customers. You can really make someone sick or spread disease/fungus.

I didn’t really enjoy my experience here. The man was sweeter than the women and understood more English. The girl doing my manicure did my cuticles so hard that it started to bleed. Then the color I selected was very close to the one in the mail catalogue but boy quite. The girl did 5 coats and still didn’t come closer to the shade in the chart. She also forgot to massage my hand and on reminding her, rolled her eyes a little. I wouldn’t go here again.

Customer service was welcoming I decided to try a Dip powder for the first time and I am very disappointed in my nails I had these done Saturday and its only Tuesday couple nails have already Bubbled peeling off and some nails color is not even solid color. I never complain or really do reviews but I do not think I’ll be going back here for my next service

Went in for a pedicure. You can still see the color I had on before, the color is lumpy, light in some spots dark in others. My pinky toe is only half painted and when i left I had nail polish on my skin.

Charges more than originally was told, did not follow thru with specific request for nail tech, pushy to get services not wanted. Nails looked amazing the first time (dipped), and we’re definitely sub par for toenails the last time (smudges and rushed to leave before dry). No longer use this particular nail salon. One star is being generous. This was the absolute worst “professional” nail experience I’ve ever had. I told them multiple times what I wanted and they said that was fine, but when it came time to actually do it, the nail tech said “I can try” which said to me he didn’t actually know how to do it. How do you not know how to do a simple french tip??? So I just had him paint my full nail. My nails look like they were done by a middle schooler, not a professional. There was also some confusion about them thinking I wanted a fill but I never said that. Once the man realized that he yelled at me and blamed his co-workers for telling him the wrong thing. Several of the staff were rude to me and my friends. They were incredibly rough on my hands and feet. And one of them almost dropped a fan on me (while I’m 9 months pregnant) and didn’t even apologize. The whole experience was so bad that other customers were coming up to check on me to see if I was ok. Will never return. Definitely will never recommend.
