Absolute worst experience. Went in to get a full set and the lady literally spent less than 20 mins on my nails literally way to fast and kept insisting that, I get the gel nail polish. I was very unhappy with my experience and I’ve noticed I have crooked nails!!

Went here several times over the last few months. Always pleased with my nails, but they take a very long time. Like 2 hour wait times sometimes. No biggie. I always went with a friend and we would just chat while waiting our turn. We always tipped pretty good too. The long wait times made me want to call to schedule future appointments. I’ve tried 3 different occasions to call and “smart blocker” is turned on and specifically blocking MY call. I had a friend and my husband call right after me and their calls go through. No clue why they chose to block my phone number specifically, but I don’t feel welcome there anymore and will be taking business elsewhere. I wanted an appointment time rather than waiting 2 hours as a walk in. We’ve been loyal customers for like 5 or 6 months. Seems really sketchy….
