This was my first time here and I am not happy with the way nails look. My appointment was at 3 i sat in the chair 15 minutes before my pedicure started with cold water. The lady next to me was asked if she wanted anything to drink and I wasn’t offered anything. My pedicure was done fast and when I asked her to cut my toe nails down she gave me a look and sighed. The polish on my toes was just slapped on and she cleaned them off with her finger nail. The fullset process was done to fast as well! My nails were cut to short and the not shaped at all to what I wanted. I want red skinny, narrow, and the tech used tapered and VERY square! Never once was I asked if it looked ok or if I liked it! I am very disappointed and I made the tech aware that it was my first coming there.

I’m just trying to be fair, but they couldn’t make time to repair one nail for me for my brother’s wedding. I just needed one nail. I walked in and I was asked to come back later. I had a wedding to get to. My nail had broken during my trip from Florida. I finally found one who made time for me. I wasn’t going to review this business, but Google asked me to because I give reviews often. I gave three stars because I understand how important Google stars are to a business. They weren’t rude, just disappointing.

I went to P&A nail spa as a walk-in and there were no customers in the salon. I asked for a manicure with dipping powder. They sit me down and start removing my current color. The man working on my nails gets up numerous times to answer the phone, help other people, etc. while I am waiting for him to finish working on my nails. He even wraps another person’s nails while I am sitting there. Clearly they are overbooked based on the ratio of workers to customers. He wraps my nails to remove the color and then proceeds to start working on a third customer. Then goes back to the walk-in who came 10 minutes after me and finishes putting her gel on. Meanwhile, I still sit with foil on my fingers for over 25 minutes. Finally comes back and finishes taking off the current color and starts to put the oil on my cuticles which is usually the final step, after the new color is put on. I told him I still need the dipping powder put on and he yells “no” and starts talking very loudly to the other workers in a different language. It was so embarrassing. He storms away and then another guy covers over and says they will have to reschedule me and they can’t do it now. Say ‘no’ if you don’t have time for walk-ins. This was so unprofessional and I will never go back.

Poor customer service.. I made an appointment on line. I arrived at the salon a few minutes before my appointment. There were two employees in the salon. They both just started giving pedicures. A woman that works there told me to have a seat in a chair. After about 25 minutes, the woman employee walked up to me and told me that I was 5 minutes late. Which I was not. Then she walked away. So I left. They obviously don’t need my business. There are 2 nail salons right across the street that provide better customer service.

They did my nails really quick. I was done in 15-20 minutes for a manicure. They didn’t massage your hands either. Staff was very friendly. My schilack polish started chipping a few days after and they agreed to let me come back to fix it.

I am went in today and someone was ready as soon as I walked in . Very friendly employees . The gentleman who did my nails took his time and made sure the shape is what I wanted. He also made sure the color was what I wanted as well as design . Even though he took his time and they turned out great this was the fastest I’ve been in and out of a nail salon which is great. In a busy world it’s good to know this won’t take much time out of my day when I need a fill. I noticed as customers were done and had left things got sanitized which is comforting to know they care about their customers. I also noticed they use liners in their pedicure tubs which is also a nice aspect and shows they care about their customers. I will definitely be going back . I hope you give them a chance too .
