Super disappointed that I did not get to experience the great reviews I read about. My fiancé got me an appointment a month ago here based on the reviews. Drove over an hour to get there. Show up for my scheduled appointment time and was told Ozzie was one vacation. Mind you we booked this a month ago and got a confirmation email, a second confirmation email and confirmation text the day of. No offer of anything. Woman at the counter told me “I have to open the store regardless.” Incredibly unprofessional. I am so disappointed as I was truly looking forward to this experience.
