I have been going to ozzies for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience until december 7th 2022. I wanted dee to cut my hair because shes the only person ive ever used and it was the worst mistake ever. Once i sat down i told her i wanted about 3 inches cut off just to remove the split ends instead she cut about 6 inches off and now my hair is above my shoulders.( my hair was to the middle of my back) i feel like she was mad because there were men waiting that wanted a simple haircut that she could take care of and she knew it would take longer to cut my hair. Wont be going back.

I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to get my haircut. I’m always treated like family and I get a great haircut too! Walk ins welcomed and of course appointments too. They keep it very clean.. seems like someone is always walking around with a broom. Pat is the owner and she also cuts hair. She has been cutting mine for the past 10 years..maybe more. I highly recommend this shop..you won’t be disappointed.
