The owner Chris is never there I don’t even know why he has this business and hasn’t sold it to one of the other guys that actually show up. Apparently business hours are made up “on the fly” and change DAILY. Actually finding this business open and getting in and getting a haircut will simply be a stroke of dumb luck on your part.
