Jacqui is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to OZA Day spa for a few months now in order to prep my skin for my wedding and it has been life changing. Jacqui customized a routine that is perfect for my skin and I’ve really noticed a dramatic improvement. I can’t recommend this wonderful group enough. Ran home to write a review for OZA because I LOVE IT HERE. What I notice about OZA compared to the bigger massage chains is that they get straight into the session without wasting time. The environment in the room I was getting massaged in was great whilst having lo-fi music and not relaxing music- like the chain play. Jacqui was so kind and I am already wanting to book another session with her. OZA will always find me as a customer.

She was courteous, professional, explained everything she was going to do/did do well. It was a very relaxing experience and all of the products felt very nice on my skin. I will be back!

I LOVED my experience here. As soon as I walked in I felt at home. It’s decorated so cute and gave me a peaceful feel. I felt like it’s exactly how i would decorate my own home. Jacqui did such a wonderful job and truly cares. We spent my whole appointment talking and she really got to understand what causes me pain and stress. I had a 30 minute massage and a 30 minute facial with Valerie and loved it! I left feeling both relaxed and energized at the same time. Staff was very welcoming when I arrived and time was taken to ask about my expectations from this visit, what areas needed work, and from there it was determined exactly what type of facial would best benefit me as well as areas that needed massaged. The decor is lovely and there is also plenty of parking out front — a big plus for me. I am highly satisfied with the visit and will definitely be coming back.

I went in during their walk in waxing evening for a brow wax before a wedding. You can tell the second you walk in you’re going to get great service. The ladies take information from you to ensure you get customized service before starting. I expected to be put in a hard chair over a sink, in and out 5 minutes. That wasn’t the case. I was led into a quiet, dimly lit room where they had me lay back on a heated, padded massage table and place a roll pillow under my legs. There was soft music playing overhead. It was so relaxing that I was ready to drift off then. She was very gentle when working on my eyebrows. She even took the time to teach me some new brow ideas. I would expect to pay a good amount for service this comfortable but the service pricing is surprisingly very affordable. For a busy mom it was nice to take time to feel so pampered over something so minor. I cant wait until it’s time to return.
