Kristin was absolutely AMAZING. This was my first time getting (lip) fillers and she made the procedure extremely comfortable, and interactive – which helped ease my anxiety. I wanted to do the fillers due to natural asymmetry issues with my lips being a little uneven, so that was our goal for the session…as well as a little volume. I also had some Botox done, which was quick and easy. Overall, I’m very pleased with Kristen and I’ll definitely be back SOON! I think I just found Nashville’s best kept secret with her. 🙂

The injectors here are amazing and so knowledgeable, however the girls at the front desk have made me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions to where I don’t even want to go back. They gossip amongst themselves in front of customers, about customers, in an inconspicuous manner but in an obvious tone to where it’s easy to pick up on. It’s very “mean girls” which isn’t cute when you’re representing a business. I’ve also witnessed one of them answering the phone and literally sighing loudly beforehand, like it was such an inconvenience and disruption to her day to answer the phone. It’s a shame because the injectors are extremely talented, professional and insightful but because of the continuously awkward front desk situation and what I have personally witnessed and experienced I will not be coming back.

Not only was the lobby gorgeous, but it was clear that many precautions had been made to make my experience not only comfortable but safe. Amber was amazing! I had Botox a little over a week ago and the results are horrible to say the least I was having a touch up done before a shoot since being pregnant and now I will have to cancel my smile looks terrible and fake and I look like I can’t move my face. I am so disappointed with the results And I still have wrinkle lines still left only on one side of my forehead. Worst Botox I have ever experienced. When I went the first time it was great and was so happy with the results after this i will never go back nor will I recommend.
