I set up a consultation and Liz really took her time to address what was bothering me, issues, & what steps to take along the way. Afterward we did a photo analysis of my skin. Liz really made me feel comfortable as she was very knowledgeable, personable and truly cares. I went in for a general consult, and ended up feeling really rushed and overwhelmed into an expensive treatment that same day. I am certainly partially to blame, as I could have spoken up more and been more prepared going in, but it happened very quickly and I didn’t feel like I was even there for just a consult. If you’re a newbie to their services just trying to get a feel for what’s right for you, I don’t recommend this place. If you know exactly what you want, it was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Migrated filler after less than a year of original treatment and one syringe should not happen. I had filler beads deep in my bottom lip and a very noticeable line of product above my lip. Overpriced and not really any good results. I have used their laser treatments for different parts of the body and for 6 treatments I didn’t see any results whatsoever. I went to Milan laser and within 1 treatment I saw results the very next time! They are cheaper and much worth the money when I see results. I wasted so much time and money here for nothing in return. I wish I could have my money back

i started going here for botox, and gave lip fillers a try. the first time my lips were done i didn’t love them, the filler migrated, i didn’t really know what to expect, and there wasn’t the symmetry i desired. i went back and saw chelsea. she dissolved the filler i had, and really took her time talking with me through goals and making sure that every bit of filler was perfectly placed. as the swelling subdues i’m more and more happy with her work. chelsea genuinely cares about the results of her clients and is always so sweet and professional!
