The overall atmosphere in the shop is professional but also comfortable. I’ve had my hair done there before with Hannah as well, and am so impressed with their color work. I highly recommend this shop!

While the inclusiveness of this salon is why we started going here, it is pretty pricey and they don’t do a great job cleaning up the people they give cuts to. My fiance went to the salon side and had the same problem. We probably will end up going somewhere else. Ryan stands out with his ability to patiently understand and mutually develop exactly what I’m looking for throughout the entire appointment. With his years of experience, he uses the perfect techniques necessary to tailor the style uniquely to me. Most recently, he wasn’t afraid to break convention for a unique look that I wanted, and turned out to be the best haircut I’ve ever had! The salon is a comfortable place to be, everyone is professional yet laid back, and you receive an insane amount of value for the price. I highly recommend!!

Outlook has done a phenomenal job at creating an inclusive and gorgeous environment for their clients. Theres always good music that filling the atmosphere on top of the airy/green aesthetic of the shop. It truly sets Outlook apart from other shops. Ryan has fixed up my hair more times than I can count at this point. One of my favorite things about my visits is watching the teamwork that is put in. It is a very “help each other wherever we can to get the job done right.” – it is so refreshing and we are so lucky to have Outlook in our West Side community!
